Description:
The primary objective of this role is to lead, coach, and manage the customer service team, enhancing their performance and driving increased customer spending. The Customer Service Manager will work to boost customer satisfaction and develop the team's skills to retain and grow a profitable customer base.
Duties:
- Ensure the team meets established, measurable performance targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries.
- Maintain consistent customer service levels, so customers receive the same quality of service with each interaction.
- Enhance the commercial awareness of Account Managers.
- Foster proactive customer engagement to strengthen relationships and drive new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with the team, both formally and informally.
- Drive performance across designated segments within the customer service teams.
- Establish team accountability for sales targets related to their assigned accounts and overall team goals.
Candidate Requirements

The package
- Salary £35,000 - £45,000 dependant on experience
