Summary
Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading landscaping business in their search for a Soft/Hard Landscaping Operative to work in their leading facility in Mold.
For the successful Soft/Hard Landscaping Operative our client is offering:
• £12 per hour
• Monday to Friday (Summer hours: 7:15am-5:00pm, Winter hours: 7:45am-4:00pm) Occasional Sat work required
• Temporary to Permanent Position
• Full PPE and uniform
• Annual bonus
• 1 day per week off in the winter season - paid
The role Soft/Hard Landscaping Operative:
• Shrub and tree planting
• Assisting in setting out of shrubs and trees
• Turfing
• Seeding
• Ground preparation
• Ground preparation
• Fencing
• Paving
• Decking
What our client is looking for in a Soft/Hard Landscaping Operative:
• Prior experience in a similar role- ESSENTIAL
• Proven experience in Soft and Hard Landscaping- ESSENTIAL
• Proficiency in operating landscaping machinery and hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints.
• Use of construction equipment and tools for hard landscaping.
• Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly landscaping practices.
• CSCS card preferred/ PA1&PA6 Spraying but not essential
