Summary


An exciting opportunity exists for a Roster Helpdesk Administrator to be a part of the Workforce Information and Rostering Team.

You will be joining a team responsible for managing and training staff on a suite of rostering and expense products including Easy Expenses, Allocate HealthRoster, Allocate SafeCare Live and Employee Online.

The Roster Helpdesk Administrator will be a motivated individual, able to prioritise their workload accordingly, an excellent communicator, and able to work to the team's deadlines. Ideally, you will have knowledge and experience of using Easy Expenses and Allocate Optima products, however, training is provided to help build on entry-level knowledge of both areas.

• To provide comprehensive administrative support to the eRostering Team.
• Provide system support for HealthRoster, Employee Online and Easy Expenses.
• Manage the helpdesk telephone and generic inbox, responding to all queries which arise.

• To be hands-on in understanding the relevant systems to ensure adequate advice can be provided to end users.
• To support the Senior Roster Trainer and Rostering Manager in data entry and maintenance in relation to HealthRoster, Easy Expenses, and Employee Online.
• To be the key point of contact for the Rostering Team, providing excellent communication.
• To create accounts, and reset log-ins, on all relevant systems (HealthRoster, Easy Expenses, and Employee Online).
• Responsible for highlighting any errors or potential flaws in data to ensure quick resolutions.
• Escalate any concerns or breaches to the Workforce Information Manager and the eRoster Lead.
• Administrative support to the eRostering Team.
