Main DutiesFull ownership of achieving client set KPIs through management of the Retail Cleaning Compliance Team and support of our regional operations teamsManage compliance team of two, including holidays, absences and general training supportSupport compliance team in completing their apprenticeships by offering on the job trainingBecome a subject expert on Mitie and Co-op processes and programmes.Process estimates, POs and manage all work order completion through Verisae as needed to support the retail cleaning team function.Preparation & presentation of weekly and monthly review presentations for the Co-op contract to the clientBe a direct escalation point for the regional based operations teams and all sub-contractors.Provide direct support for the Head of Operations as and when needed to improve performance across the whole Co-op contract.Key point of contact for Co-op & Mitie stakeholders, ensuring that a professional and robust relationship is maintained to strengthen contract performance.Supplier portal management - ensuring sub-contractors are managed correctly and reporting on their performance through client systems.Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that are deemed required by the business in supporting the daily operation of the contract What we are looking forOrganisational excellence and attention to detail is keyProficient MS Excel skills and Microsoft systems knowledge.Team management experience.Understand the structure of the business to effectively carry out duties.Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritise a changing workload and use initiative.The individual must sustain enthusiasm with ideally relevant experience, good analytical skills, and an ability to understand and help solve complex issues. Must have experience working within a team environment.Communication is essential as well as sound stakeholder management skills.Must have ability to effectively input in contract meetings and adapt to a diverse job role.Effective communication skills.
