We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Graduate Environmental Planning Consultant to join our team. This role could be based in our Leeds, Edinburgh or Glasgow offices and can be worked flexibly with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office/on site and the option of adjusted start and finish times.

This role plays an integral part in ensuring projects are delivered in the most sustainable way, maximising social value and ensuring the end result leaves a positive impact on the environment.

What does the role involve?

In this busy role you will help with the delivery of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA's) on a range or projects, this may involve coordination of tasks such as site visits, land access and consultation.

You will undertake elements of the environmental impact assessment of projects such as baseline data collection, consultation and report writing as well as attending and participating in meetings and site visits.

To be successful in this role you’ll possess:

An undergraduate degree in Environmental Science, EIA or another related subject.
Knowledge/experience with EIA's
You may have a relevant Masters although this is not essential.
In terms of your personal qualities you with be inquisitive, enthusiastic, diligent and determined, you will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, the ability to organise and prioritise work to ensure that deadline are met and be able to demonstrate pride in your work.
