We have a new exciting opportunity for a Governance & Reporting Analyst to join our Change and Technology team on a full time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week.
We have an ambitious change agenda over the next 12 – 18 months and our change office is central to ensuring we deliver this efficiently, in alignment with best practice and within a highly regulated environment.
Reporting to the PMO Governance & Risk Lead, you’ll support conformance with established standards, proactive risk management and accurate, consistent project and risk reporting. You’ll support the effective administration of the change portfolio, identifying opportunities for improving our processes and enabling engagement from colleagues across the business.
As the Governance & Reporting Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting Risk Owners in maintaining an up-to-date risk register, ensuring an accurate picture of our overall risk profile is visible to senior management. You’ll support in the development of project management processes and monitor project reporting, identifying inconsistencies and non-conformance with agreed standards.
What’s in it for you?
At Golden Charter, everyone is trusted to be themselves, develop themselves and make a valuable contribution for our customers. Our rewards and recognition are continually evolving to make sure we are well looked after whilst enabling us to choose the benefits we want.
We understand the importance of work life balance and want to support our colleague to do their best work, have a good work life balance and work flexibly whilst staying connected and getting the job done. We operate a hybrid model of working which gives us more choice in deciding how and where we work best in a way that balances the needs of Golden Charter, our team and ourselves.
Along with flexibility, we offer a great benefits package, which includes:
- 6% employer pension contribution
- Flexible benefits allowance
- Annual bonus scheme
- Life Assurance (4 x annual salary)
- Generous annual leave entitlement
- Holiday buy/sell scheme
- Health Cash Plan
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Access to a retail discount website
- Gym membership discounts
- Annual flu vaccine
- Access to mental health first aid
- Great learning and development opportunities
- Onsite masseuse
- Onsite yoga classes
What are we looking for?
Whilst governance experience would be advantageous, you don’t need to have this. We’re looking for someone with a strong administration background who can communicate effectively, prioritise a varied workload and has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
If you are someone that is looking to move into a change specialism and this sounds like a role you’d be interested in, we’d love to hear from you!
