Qualifications
- Nursing qualification - RGN
- Valid UK NMC Pin
- Proven experience in a management or leadership role within a healthcare setting, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in elderly care, with a commitment to upholding high standards in care delivery.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Dedication to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace, creating an environment that values and respects all individuals.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the care centre team, ensuring the delivery of person-centred care to residents, including specialized care for Nursing Dementia, Nursing, and young physically disabled individuals.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards in the residential area of Bracknell, while maintaining a focus on classical smart decor for an enhanced living environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.
- Implement and monitor care plans in collaboration with the care team, ensuring the highest standard of personalized care tailored to individual needs.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equality, and inclusion within the care centre, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
