Summary

We're hiring a Care Farm Manager

As the Farm Manager you will work closely with the Enterprise Manager delivering and maximising the outcomes and outputs of each enterprise aligning and delivering a shared vision across the site, you will provide leadership and overall day-to-day management of the farm site and enterprises.

Your responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the farm site, coordinating and prioritising the workloads of the various farm teams on site to ensure a safe and compliant workplace for all

Ensure that commissioned support placements are delivered within budget and in an effective, efficient, and person-centered way

Deliver excellent customer service to people we support, their families, commissioners, our customers, partners, and all other stakeholders

Represent the farm site in both internal and external stakeholder engagements, forming effective links and partnerships, both statutory and other relevant

Organisations to promote the best interests of the farm and Brandon as an organisation

Organise events and activities to promote the care farm's mission including taking part in national schemes such as Open Farm Sunday and Get Going Trail

Be an effective team leader, co-operating with colleagues and other people in the best interest of the people you are employed to support
