Summary
The post holder will oversee the day-to-day management of the service, implementing new policies and directives within the context of peri-operative care at UHNM. The successful candidate will work as a Senior Sister/charge Nurse within an established Service, monitoring and evaluating current care, whilst participating in the development of new ways of working and practices both clinical and administrative to enhance the excellent service we currently provide. They will be expected to participate in innovative & evidence-based nursing practice through professional leadership and play a pivotal role in leading the clinical team to develop and deliver safe care. Working closely with the Directorate team to support the wider organisational goals and provide unit efficiencies.
