Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for a Hotel Receptionist to join the team at *Location*.

Hotel Receptionist working hours

As a Hotel Receptionist you will work 35 - 40 hours per week, including weekends. This job will be on a Fixed Term basis until June 2025 and comes with an hourly rate of £12.00 – Regardless of age!

Being a Hotel Receptionist:

As a Hotel Receptionist you will report the Head Reception and will be part of the central hub of the Hotel operation where first impressions are everything. You will be responsible for setting the tone for the hotel, delivering a first-class customer experience, where the word no does not exist. Your tasks will include checking guests in and out, general enquires, serving drink behind the bar during the day and varied administrative tasks, from allocating rooming lists to processing invoices. This is a diverse role which includes professionally handling reception enquiries and being empathetic towards your guests.

Experience in a similar role
Strong communication skills
