We are a friendly, popular and over-subscribed school graded ‘Good’ at our last Ofsted Inspection in October 2019 and ‘Excellent’ in our last SIAMs Inspection in September 2019. We joined the Southwark Diocese Board of Education Multi Academy Trust in September 2017 and work closely in a strong team. We have very close links with All Saints Parish church and the local community. Our school is in a wonderful location, close to parks and the beautiful Carshalton ponds.
We require an experienced, dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work with a six-year-old pupil on a 1:1 basis for 30 hours per week. The student has social, emotional and mental health needs and requires support from a consistent adult to help him engage with his learning and within the classroom. This role will involve establishing a nurturing relationship with the pupil in order to support him with emotional regulation, building self-esteem and confidence and developing social skills. As part of this role, you will also be required to deliver individualised programmes according to the student’s EHCP including occupational therapy and social communication skills.
