Customer Service Adviser

Full Time | Salary Up to £25,000

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday between 7am–6pm on a rotating shift basis.

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Adviser at CTS, you'll be pivotal in delivering efficient and excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include:

  • Taking bookings and sourcing vehicles from our network of suppliers throughout the UK. Completing bookings and ensuring client satisfaction with their hires.
  • Negotiating prices with our suppliers.
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls.
  • Handling administrative tasks and resolving complaints effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

Successful candidates must possess:

  • Exceptional listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and computer literacy.
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
  • An eye for detail and commitment to completing tasks to a high standard.

What You Can Expect:

  • A starting salary of up to £25,000 per annum.
  • Work 1 day per week from home.
  • Twenty days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays and an extra company day between Christmas and New Year. As your tenure with us grows, so do your holidays – 23 days after three years and 25 days after five years.
