The opportunity:
An established family business in Knowlsey is looking to expand their friendly team of upholsterers.
Job description:
Working along side senior team members you will play a vital role for the next chapter of the client. We are looking for experienced upholsterers with a soft furnishings understanding.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Your routine duties may vary, but you will be required to:
Construct upholstered furniture by covering materials such as a cotton, suede.
Work with products such as padding, frames and fabrics as per customer specification.
Take measurements to accurately cut material required to cover the furniture Work to production targets and KPIs.
Skills and experience:
Previous upholstery experience is essential but ongoing training will be provided. A general knowledge of Manufacturing process is desirable.
