Become part of an energetic, friendly, and innovative team supporting the Academic Office Manager. You will be based at the Peterborough campus of UCP to provide proactive, informed and professional administrative support and advice to the academic staff, student support and registry staff.

You will help to provide informed and professional advice on quality management and enhancement issues to relevant staff, supporting them in the exercise of their responsibilities for such matters.

In this post you will collaborate to ensure the effective organisation of exam boards, including comprehensive minute taking and calendar bookings. You will liaise with a range of external stakeholders and assist in the implementation of policies and procedures. This role includes data entry and support with managing the inbox. Flexibility and adaptability are a requirement of this role.

You will have excellent oral and written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ideally you will have experience of working within higher education and advanced IT skills but training will be given to the right candidate.

You will be educated to at least Level 3 and require a Level 2 (GCSE C/4 or above) in maths, English and IT. However, relevant experience will also be considered.
