Summary

About the role

The purpose of this role is to support PCH’s Housing with Support team in the delivery of effective services to our residents living in supported housing. The role also provides occasional cover for the Communities team in the delivery of Resident Involvement and Community Development activities.

The role will be responsible for providing administration services; including the recording and monitoring of contract and service delivery data, resident feedback and performance measures. With the aim of achieving highly efficient and effective service delivery, service improvement, community cohesion and meeting residents’ needs and aspirations.

The post holder will assist the Housing with Support Team to improve and maintain their records on resident needs, property health and safety checks, contract monitoring and resident feedback.

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:

Is a highly efficient and effective administrator with a can-do approach.
Can empower colleagues to collate monitor and report on their work by designing, populating and reporting on a range of performance monitoring and measurement tools.
Deliver an office management service for the team, including managing and ordering stock, dealing with finance systems (including petty cash), dealing with document and image storage and filing.
Provide an excellent standard of customer services by dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, signposting customers and dealing with messages for colleagues.
