This is a brilliant opportunity to work as part of the MEH Alliance on the prestigious Hinkley Point C Nuclear project. The alliance work across the project to integrate and coordinate the delivery of all main Mechanical, Electrical, Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (MEH), cabling and associated support services. This innovative approach will help different contractors work as a single entity to deliver the complex installation of cabling and pipework in the power station's vast network of rooms.

The role
As Asset Data Specialist, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Being part of the MEH Alliance working on Hinkley Point C is a chance to be involved in a major project with national significance. Your mission is to secure the traceability of assets and their quality arrangements to ensure that throughout the build and during operation, the station can verify all components and operate/maintain appropriately.

Day-to-day, you'll ensure our system is setup to provide data to end of life in line with the requirements of the nuclear and construction regulations. Joining our joint venture will provide you with great exposure across all partners and provides fantastic progression opportunities.

  • Competent Users of Asset Suite 9 and associated functionality incl. MRs, IWOC Development, Execution and Closure
  • Deliver MEH Joint Venture familiarisation/other training related activities.
  • Support Field Activities to ensure robust adoption of Asset Suite 9 in support of Implementation Lead
  • 1st point of contact for resolution of day to day issues for all MEH Asset Suite 9 Users
  • Support definition of TNA Requirements from observations of users
  • Oversight of in field compliance to Asset Suite 9 related process & procedures.
  • Support MEH Joint Venture Implementation Lead with execution of their duties.

This role is full time, 38 hours per week, is based at Hinkley Point C.

Essential experience of the Asset Data Specialist

  • Ability to teach new users new skills excellent computer skills
  • Ability to communicate cross functionally and with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working in a joint venture (desirable)

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
