Responsibilities:
" Respond to challenging situations effectively
" Provide practical and emotional support to adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness
" Collaborate with external agencies
Qualifications:
" Experience supporting vulnerable adults (a plus)
" Passion for social justice
" Valid UK driving license (essential)
" Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
