About the Role As a Teaching Assistant at Bright Minds Creative Academy, you will support diverse young people in achieving positive learning outcomes, helping them overcome any challenges they face.
Responsibilities
- Assist students in their educational and social development
- Support engagement in activities both inside and outside the classroom
- Set up activities using technology or adjust the environment as needed
- Support teachers, engage with students, provide learning support, and manage classroom dynamics positively
- Provide personalised learning support to students as needed
