Summary
Role: Facilities Asset Manager
Location: Brentwood
Contract Type: 6 Month FTC
Start Date: Immediate
I am currently working with a market leading organisation who is looking to add a Facilities Asset Manager to the team in Brentwood. As the Facilities Asset Manager you will act on behalf of the company to manage all commercial property events, such as rent reviews and lease renewals.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide reports and recommendations based on lease dates
- Managing any sublet/assignments of leases
- Examine lease reports and maintain the database
- Work with key stakeholders within the business to provide important information relating to insurance requirements/reinstatement values
- Manage the search for any new properties
- Review service charge budgets across the group
- Oversee business rates reviews for all offices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Facilities Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of lease accounting and insurance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Softwares
- Full UK driving license
- Willingness to travel across the region
