Field-Based, North England (approx. 3 days travel to Park expected a week)

We have an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused, practical and hands-on ER Trainer to support with upskilling Team Managers and Heads of Departments across our Haven Parks. There is a large ER training agenda for this year, this role will be responsible for shaping, creating, and delivering that training. This is a redefined role with a new remit so it is a fantastic opportunity for you if you want to make an impact and make the role your own! This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Your Opportunity: You will be responsible for providing remote and on park support for leaders on ER as well as evolving the knowledge and skills of our leaders in ER.   In a bit more detail this will mean:
- Working with People Partners to provide a consistency in ER approach
- Regularly visiting our Haven parks to build relationships, evolve your business knowledge and deliver training for our leaders.
- Working closely with the Learning & Development team to devise and support delivery of appropriate training and training materials on all ER matters to line managers across our parks

- Awareness of the main ER People Policies (Disciplinary, Grievance, Performance, and Attendance) required within a business and their implications
- Confidence and ability to deliver engaging ER training to a wide range of stakeholders
- Up-to-date knowledge of Employment Legislation, Case Law, and be able to advise the business
- Appreciation and understanding of diversity and inclusion
