Regional Trainer (Social Care) Essential Criteria

o Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
o Willingness to learn and develop own knowledge and skills.
o Inspirational leader to inspire confidence and enhance skills of an existing work force
o Previous experience in Adult Social Care
o Train the Trainer/Petals or equivalent qualification/s
o Professional and personable approach to effective training delivery
o Confident and passionate about developing existing training courses with an imagination and confidence to develop new ways of learning and support to our existing and new employees.
o At least two years experience in a training role


The role of REGIONAL TRAINER(SOCIAL CARE) is key to ensure the smooth running of the business by ensuring that our staff are trained and are passionate about adult social care and share our ethos.

REGIONAL TRAINER (SOCIAL CARE) DUTIES INCLUDE:

o Working with the Head of Operations, Head of Care and Compliance Officer to ensure training compliance is upheld.
o Complete and maintain training matrixes for all branches.
o Ensuring the staff complete the training refreshers and new staff complete their inductions.
o Develop existing training courses and create powerpoint slides to deliver training using your own style and technique.
