Job role

We are recruiting to the role of Scams Information Assistant. This role is part of the Scams Information Service which sits within the Information Services Team.

The project, funded through AUK National with funds from Lloyds Banking Group, will help to prevent older people from falling for scams by increasing their knowledge and confidence to recognise and deal with attempted scams. It will also provide support to older fraud victims recovering after an incident.

The focus of this role is to provide assistance to the Scams Information Officer in delivering awareness raising events to a wide range of community groups and collating and recording essential monitoring information.
