Summary

SPEN are looking for an Administrator to join them on a contract basis.

The hours of work are 4 days per week. Wednesday – Saturday, 8am - 6pm.

Job Title: NRSWA Notification Administrator
Business: Scottish Power Energy Networks
Location: Scottish Power Prenton, CH43 3ET
Rate: £12.02ph + 36 days accrued annual leave
Duration: 12 month initial contract

Accountability Statements

• To provide administration support across Customer Service as required/directed by Team Leader.
• To raise the appropriate Plant Maintenance Orders on an on-going daily basis to facilitate any work on the network.
• To raise and process within appropriate timescales the relevant paperwork to allow the raising of road opening notices, e.g. within 2 hours of us starting to excavate on a fault
• To raise planned road opening notices and provide legislative support as required
• To raise in a timely manner the appropriate Purchase Order in SAP for both Framework and non-Framework Contractors to facilitate payment for fault related works requested by SPD Districts.
• To raise the required SAP Purchase Orders to allow for payment of Agency staff within Customer Service.
• To provide administration support across Customer Service as required/directed
• Ad-hoc requests as per the Team Leader


Criteria

• IT literate
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an administrative, customer service role, or relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills
• SAP knowledge would be an advantage
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Enthusiastic and flexible approach to work
• Able to work and co-operate in a team as well as independently.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight timescales.
