Nursery Room Leader (Level 3)
We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our client's team in Battersea. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of practitioners and providing high-quality care and education for the children in the nursery. The salary for this position is £31,000 for full-time, 40 hours per week, which can be worked over 4 or 5 days Monday to Friday.

Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or above
- Proven experience working in a nursery setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of child development and early years curriculum
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained
- Support and mentor the team of practitioners, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences for the children
- Build strong relationships with parents and ensure effective communication at all times
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for the children
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, and regulatory requirements are met
