The Client:

The Role:
As a Solicitor, you will manage contentious probate matters including challenges to wills and trusts, inheritance claims, and executor disputes.
Responsibilities:
- Handle validity disputes over wills and lifetime gifts.
- Manage inheritance act claims and trust disputes.
- Resolve executorship and attorney disputes.
- Execute statutory wills and manage TOLATA claims.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role.
- At least 5 years' experience in contentious probate.
- Expertise in managing varied trust and estate disputes.
