About the Role:

Your role will be to provide additional support to pupils in the classroom, helping to raise their levels of attainment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in delivering effective teaching on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
- Helping with the planning and delivery of lessons.
- Supporting pupils with their educational and behavioural development.
- Preparing classroom resources.
- Providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Helping with extracurricular activities (e.g. , revision sessions).

- A degree in any subject.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about helping children reach their academic potential.
- Proficient in numeracy and literacy skills.

Our Early Career Teaching Assistant Programme combines on-the-job training in a school with a bespoke CPD programme, developed by ex-senior leaders and our CPD partners, Creative Education. You'll learn:

As part of your enrollment in the Early Career Teaching Assistant Programme, you'll have free access to over 300 courses to help you develop specialised skills.
