About the role….
This role is an ideal opportunity for passionate and dynamic individuals looking to help shape the future of the social care workforce. You will have a broad remit which will require you to work with colleagues across Skills for Care’s different teams and directorates to Lead, design, deliver and support engagement and communication activity, in support of key contracts and priorities. The post holder will be responsible for:
Coordinating and managing the delivery of Skills for Care's (SfC’s) engagement and communication activity in support of contracts and projects. This will include Informing, influencing and directing the efforts of colleagues across the Engagement Directorate.
Working with colleagues across the Engagement Directorate, as well as SfC’s Strategy Team to ensure engagement and communication activity in support of government and other SfC contracts is effectively recorded and reported; allowing SfC to report effectively against contract requirement and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Developing and maintaining their knowledge of the organisation’s engagement mechanisms, in turn providing leadership, direction and/or support to others.
You will enjoy matrix working and contributing to multiple projects, requiring different levels of leadership, input and support, as well as have the proven ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, managing and working through ambiguity.
This role is homebased, and can be based anywhere in England. The successful candidate will be required to travel nationally as required.
