Pay Rate: £36.32ph PAYE + £4.38ph WTR = Total £40.70ph
Hours 37.5 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri – Remote Working Available.
Location: North London
Duration: 6 months on going contract

Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner will lead the provision of strategic HR services to a designated division or divisions within the Trust in order to drive forward high levels of performance. Working closely with the Divisional Director, Divisional Director of Operations, General Managers, Clinical Leads and Heads of Nursing/Midwifery, the Business Partner will lead of all aspects of work associated with the forward planning, modernisation, engagement, motivation and performance of the divisional workforce.
The candidate will be required to develop a comprehensive workforce plan that is designed to meet strategic business and clinical objectives and through this they will lead on the delivery of quality improvements in all areas of the workforce. The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of structural and cultural change projects resulting from the plan, working with experts in learning, workforce, recruitment and organisational development in order to ensure that specific divisional requirements and issues are taken into account.
As a senior member of the HR team the post holder will be responsible for the development and delivery of the overall workforce strategy in their own area and will also lead on Trust-wide projects and initiatives as designated
