A day in the life of…
As Cluster Financial Controller you will prepare monthly management accounts, manage sales ledgers, participate in the hotel forecasting and hotel budget processes, supporting the forecast of payroll and expenses as well as reviewing and challenging the revenue forecast as appropriate. You will Compile a monthly cash flow forecast and monitor bank transactions as well as attend Owner and Management Company meetings as required. You will be responsible to lead and develop the Finance team for the two hotels.
Based in the Holiday Inn and Staybridge Suites London Heathrow Bath Road you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be an experienced leader, attentive to detail, making sure nothing gets past you and you have all our finances under control. The candidate should also have experience with general ledger functions, the month-end/year end close process and a thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Should also facilitate annual external audits. Previous experience as a financial controller in a branded environment is a must.
