Summary
The Best Connection is recruiting for a French Speaking Sales Executive for our Wolverhampton based client.
Immediate start available.
Basic pay is between £11.44 plus performance-based bonuses.
Working hours are 08:00 till 16:30 Monday to Friday
Responsibilities and Duties:
Carrying out promotional activity by telephone to designated and potential customers.
Receiving and accurately recording customer enquiries by telephone, fax, email or in person.
Investigating customer complaints and taking the relevant actions to maintain customer satisfaction.
Ensuring designated customer delivery plans and relevant Health and Safety information is recorded an up to date.
Skills Required: Previous experience working in a sales environment. With a good level of language ability in either French (preferable), German, Spanish or Italian. Previous experience of working within steel/construction industry. A basic understanding of Mechanical Engineering as well as general interest in manufacturing and a wide range of industries would be an advantage.
