Summary

We are growing our Support Team in Brackla, Bridgend and are seeking confident, engaging, and caring Support Workers

- £12.00 per hour Sleep nights are paid at £45.00 per night

- Part Time (minimum 22.5 hours per week) or flexible Relief contracts

- Shifts: Day and sleep-in shifts

- Applicants need to hold a full, manual UK or EU Driving Licence, as the people you will be supporting ask that you are able to drive their mobility vehicles.

We are looking for quite unique individuals, who are passionate about supporting people with disabilities to live their best lives - the lives that they choose to live.

You will be part of strong, close team who believe passionately in delivering truly person centred support.

There are three Supported Living homes in this Locality, and the needs of the people we support, are varied. So, whilst you will be primarily working in just one of the homes, you will get the opportunity to support in the other 2 homes, to increase, and share, your knowledge and understanding to make the biggest difference to both the people you will be supporting and your team.

Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives - this will include accompanying to favoured activities, supporting and developing daily living skills, administering medication and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance, as needed.
