Summary
Integra Education are currently working in partnership with an Ofsted rated Good Secondary school in Trafford. We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work closely with teaching staff to delver high quality education and support to all pupils.
This role whilst is initially temporary has the opportunity to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Work closely with children, including those with SEN/SEND to provide individualised support
- Assist in managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe learning environment
- Provide one-to-one support for children who require additional help
Requirements:
- An Teaching Assistant qualification or similar experience
- Experience working with children, particularly in an SEN/SEND setting
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children learn and grow
- Effective behaviour management strategies
