Summary
Come join our team as a Junior PMO Analyst on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract and play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our portfolio. As part of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) team, you’ll be tasked with ensuring that the necessary standards, processes, policies, training, tooling, and reporting are in place to drive successful delivery.

What you’ll be doing:
Support the Head of Delivery and Business Lead in delivering the portfolio in line with AXA Health project governance frameworks and Agile methodology.
Assist the Head of Delivery and Business Lead in various activities related to Governance Boards, including writing portfolio updates and ensuring high-quality data presentation.
Ensure management, tracking, and provision of reporting capability, aiming for meaningful reporting and data quality assurance through automated tools where possible.
Help the Head of Delivery and Business Lead in maintaining a register of portfolio risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, and ensuring compliance with AXA Health's change and governance processes.
Aid the Head of Delivery and Business Lead in preparing the programme for audits, including proactive collaboration with internal audit functions to understand baselines and learn from previous audits.
