Summary

We are seeking to recruit a Senior Personal Assistant to support our Academic Registrar, Senior Leadership team and the wider Academic Registry directorate. The Academic Registry’s primary function is to oversee and deliver a broad range of services, which support and enhance the University’s academic mission, acting as a key enabler for the delivery of its Education and Student Experience Strategy.

You will manage the Academic Registrar’s diary, minute, and prepare meeting papers, and liaise with the University’s Executive team and with external stakeholders. You will also manage the Registry Support team, providing administrative assistance across many areas within the Academic Registry directorate.

You will have significant experience in providing administrative support to colleagues in senior management roles and demonstrable experience in meeting servicing. You should possess strong communication skills and be able to plan and prioritise competing demands whilst being tactful and maintaining confidentiality.

The post will be located on the Fourth Floor of the Nancy Astor Building on the University’s main campus.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37 hours a week.

Remote working is available up to 2 days a week.
