Summary
In Accountability to the Senior Pastor, Assistance Pastor will develop ministry and outreach in adult church. be responsible to develop goals and objectives for the
ministry area in line with strategice plan. providing Bible teaching in the adult congregation.
Provide pastoral care to the members of the church. Assessing ministry needs and developing program and activities to meet those
needs.
Lead the church in all external church planting program. assisting the Senior Pastor in the Church planting strategy program.
Leading worship regularly on the missionary trips, involve in the water baptism and holy communion service to our church branches.
The assistant Pastor oversees and executes the administration of the ministry areas through appropriate staff and lay leadership teams, he will be monitoring the development of our branches.
Note: Candidate must be able to conduct service in Yoruba language fluently.
Must be ordained as a Pastor, with 1 year ministry experience.
