About You

First and foremost, we are looking for passionate, fun and trustworthy people to join our team. We really are a team and
work really well together to have fun on shift but also create a welcoming but vibrant ambiance in our venue that our customers
thrive off.

Previous bar experience would be preferred but we are looking for people who can talk with customers, interact positively and
deliver great customer service. You will be able to use the till and card machine to take payments. You will need to work with
pace and ensure that customers are served quickly and efficiently, but with care!

As with daily life in a bar, there will be busy and quiet times. During those quiet periods, we would love you to offer to help
with cleaning, stock management and other ad hoc tasks – we all work together to keep our beautiful venue looking the best it
can!

From your experience, you will have a strong awareness of current bar trends as well as a good working knowledge of Health and
Safety and Food and Drink preparation practices; being Advance Hygiene Qualified or CIEH Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualified and/or
holding NVQ Level 2 Food Preparation or equivalent qualification is desirable. We are able to support your own personal
development with further training and qualifications should they be required.

As would be expected of a hospitality venue, most of our shift availability will be for evenings and weekend work. We will share
with you our available shifts for you to be able to select which ones work for best for you. We aim to do this as much in advance
as possible but there is always the possibility of shifts being available at short notice so your flexibility would
be appreciates. We would hope to be able to offer permanent contracts in the future.
