Summary
As a member of our warehouse freezer team, you will be responsible for picking, receiving, storing, stacking and despatching our goods whilst working in freezer conditions.
Your commitment to safety, efficiency, and effectiveness will be crucial in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.
Freezer benefits
- £1.50 per hour freezer premium paid
- £1.85 daily hot food allowance for use at our on-site canteen
- Full freezer uniform/PPE provided
- Overtime paid at 1.5 of basic rate
- Full training provided.
Warehouse experience experience in a picking/packing environment preferred.
As a freezer warehouse operative, being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment is essential. You should be hardworking, able to work to set deadlines, and have a professional, positive, organized, and enthusiastic approach whilst working under freezer conditions.
While proven experience in a warehouse environment would be advantageous, it is not essential. You should be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative. Remember, the key to success is being self-motivated.
