We are seeking a market research recruiter to join our Newcastle office, you will be responsible for recruiting participants for our market research studies and guiding them through our process. This role involves working outdoors, interacting with a diverse range of people, and ensuring that we gather a representative sample for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Approach and recruit potential respondents on street for participation in market research studies.
Accurately record respondent details and ensure data quality.
Adapt to varying project requirements and perform additional duties as necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the field manager to gather project specifications.
Record participant details in a centralized database.

Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with using tablets and PCs for data entry.
Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of the field team under the field manager's direction.
Prior experience in market research, sales, or customer service is a plus but not essential.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking abilities.
Flexible and adaptable to last-minute changes.

Work Arrangement:
This is a casual worker position with no guarantee of minimum hours.
Assignments will be offered based on business needs, and you are free to accept or decline work.
Flexible working hours.

PLEASE NOTE: Only candidates with the right to work in the UK will be considered.

Competitive hourly rates:
Weekdays: £12.25 per hour
Weekends: £13.00 per hour (Saturday), £13.50 per hour (Sunday)
Regular fortnightly payments.
Additional benefits include holiday entitlement pro-rated based on hours worked and a potential bonus program for recruiting qualified respondents.
