JOB PURPOSE: The core focus of this job is to deliver the T Post menus providing an efficient catering service operating to the highest standards of food safety. The post holder will do this by carrying out duties such as basic food preparation, menu creation and

ACCOUNTABILITIES / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Issues
• Using their culinary expertise to create appetizing dishes for diners
• Overseeing the kitchen staff and ensuring that they follow the correct procedures
• Ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and managing the stock levels
• Developing new menu ideas and ensuring that the food meets high-quality standards
• Communicating with staff and customers and addressing their needs and feedback
• Performing physically demanding duties such as chopping, slicing, stirring, and standing for long hours
• Ensuring standard portions and quality of dishes meet the T Post standard
• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and ensuring sanitation practices in the kitchen
• Make sure that meal is prepared and served to customers in a timely manner
• Meeting food orders and delivery targets
