Summary
Clive is looking to recruit a Team Leader to join his existing established team. As a Team Leader you must be forward thinking and be able to demonstrate confidence in leading Clive's team to enable him to achieve his hopes and dreams. You will also provide direct support to Clive, assisting him with daily living skills and supporting his emotional well-being.
Clive enjoys getting out and about for pub lunches and the cinema. He enjoys fishing and watching his TV soaps. The team leader will lead the team in supporting Clive to build on his independence and explore fresh hobbies and interests as well as in his job and social events.
Ideally you will:
Have experience in working with people with a learning disability and mental health
Have some leadership experience
Be able to motivate yourself and others
Be able to do shift work including weekends, evenings, nights and some bank holidays
Have a competent and confident demeanour
Have good computer and communication skills
Have a relevant qualification or be willing to undertake studying for a relevant qualification

A DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) Check will be requested in the event of the individual being offered a position with Beyond Limits, the cost of which will be to the employee, however, this will be returned after successful completion of probation period (6 months).
