Summary
Admin & Sales Assistant Post
Main duties and responsibilities
Answer inbound calls – Be the first point of contact for all types of customers. This also includes general Brewery enquiries.
Handle inbound emails – Manage the Brewery’s primary email inbox, dealing quickly and effectively with all enquiries.
Direct consumer support – Handling basic service queries from individual customers
Process online shop orders
Process telephone and email orders for customers.
Maintain filing and brewery monitoring system.
Assist with any other day to day administrative duties as required.
Data input.
Stock control.
Skills
Essential
Computer literate
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Ability to work as part of a team
Desirable
Some experience working with ecommerce platforms and brewery software.
16 hours per week across 3-4 days with flexibility in shifts.
28 days holiday including public holidays (pro rata)
