Are you an enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organised?

We are looking to recruit several individuals to join our team of Administrators, supporting our Schools within the College of Health and Science.

The College of Health and Science is a vibrant and ambitious college with a keen focus on supporting and developing professional services colleagues within the team.

We are recruiting to Administrator roles, supporting programme delivery in a range of areas across science and healthcare, based primarily at our Brayford campus. There are both full-time and part-time roles available which are outlined below:
HLSS2273 - permanent, full-time at 37 hours per week
COS079 - permanent, full-time at 37 hours per week
COS959 - permanent, full-time at 37 hours per week
COS864 - permanent, part-time at 22 hours per week
COS644 - permanent, part-time at 18.5 hours per week

We are also recruiting to an Administrator role in the Lincoln Institute of Agri-Food Technology, based primarily at our Riseholme campus:
CSS533, permanent, full-time at 37 hours a week

You will be proactive and able to work on your own initiative to deliver service improvements. You will also have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent support for students and staff in a busy and dynamic environment.

The workload is varied, no two days are the same therefore you will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, balancing teamwork and independent working. You will have great communication skills, which will be key in supporting students and developing relationships with colleagues within the College and the wider University. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective administration of a wide range of activities, working in close collaboration with academic staff and other professional services across the University. This is to support our goals and ensure the delivery of an excellent student experience, from enquiry through to graduation.
