Summary

Position: Advanced QS/Senior QS

Company: Tier 2/Principle Rail & Track Contractor

Location: Warwickshire

Contract: Freelance (Outside IR35)

Rate: Up to £450 p/d (Depending on experience)

My client, who is a repeatable Rail Systems and Track specialist contractor, is looking for an Advanced QS/Project QS/Senior QS to join them manage a Depot upgrade/refurbishment. The works include;

  • Remodelling of Track
  • Extension of platforms
  • Power supply & Distribution
  • General civils

This a freelance position and is Outside IR35. The client is flexible with regards to hybrid working and will be split between site and from home. This is a great long term opportunity to join a fast growing business with a healthy pipeline of work.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to drive
  • Minimum of 6 years worth of Quantity Surveying experience
  • Experience working with NEC forms of contract.
  • Must have experience working on large civils project and ideally rail experience.
  • Must be able to independently run multiple £5-£20m projects.
