Work Pattern: Full Time, Monday – Thursday, 8am – 4pm, Friday 8am – 3.30pm – Term Time Only + 2 weeksPURPOSE OF POST:Cwmbran High School is seeking to employ a highly energetic and enthusiastic Senior School Support Officer. This role is integral to ensure all administrative systems and processes to include workflow of the team/s are lead in an effective and efficient way. The successful candidate will lead, operate, maintain and develop the Human Resources process and practice of the School in co-operation with the Management team and the Governing Body ensuring that legal and safety requirements with regard to people and property and function of the service are maintained. You will be expected to work in partnership with relevant members of the Local Authority and to support GDPR and any subject access requests, freedom of information requests and pupil information from police. You will deliver high quality an effective line management to support the Administrative Assistant/s, Midday Supervisors and ensure that training, support and supervision are implemented in line with appraisal processes.Ultimately, this role should support the schools aim where we strive to be a center where learning is valued, and pupils achieve their potential in a happy and safe community where they show respect and tolerance for others.APPLICATION PROCESS:
