Summary
Service Care Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a local authority based in Oxfordshire who are seeking a Contracts Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis. Please find below further details with regards to this position.
Role: Contracts Lawyer
Location: Oxfordshire - Hybrid Working
Rate: £45.00 - £55.00 Per hour
Contract Length: 6 Months Ongoing
Responsibilities
- Handling mixed caseload of Contracts & Procurement matters through to completion varying in size and complexity.
- Resolving disputes between suppliers, customers and employees.
- Help clients negotiate, draft, review, and manage contracts.
- Advising on dispute resolution and resolving contractual obligations
About You
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 2 years' PQE
- Previous contracts law and public procurement experience would be essential
