Summary
A Vacancy at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.
This position requires a motivated, inspirational, innovative and creative leader who can manage the ongoing developments and delivery of care to males in an acute care setting
You will need to posses high quality clinical and managerial skills to ensure the maintenance of the current high standards of effective delivery of patient care.
Your managerial skills will need to enable you to take total management responsibility whilst promoting good working relationships and be responsible for the professional development of the staff you are responsible for within the Multidisciplinary Team.
You will be a Registered Nurse or Occupational therapist with experience of managing and leading teams. Experience of working in an acute or an older adult inpatient setting will be an advantage.
