Summary

Mencap have an exciting new opportunity to join their Northern Ireland fundraising team as a Senior Fundraising Manager.
This is a full-time hybrid working position, working at least 2 days a week in our Belfast office with frequent travel across Northern Ireland and occasional travel to London. Some evening and weekend work is expected.

As a Senior Fundraising Manager you will oversee all Community and Events fundraising across Northern Ireland and be directly responsible for our Digital Fundraising activity, Special Events and Corporate fundraising. You will be working actively across social platforms and local media, developing overarching fundraising Marcoms plans in conjunction with the NI Communication & Marketing Team. You will also be accountable for the delivery and reporting of all budgets and spend for NI therefore attention to detail is key part of this position.
We are therefore looking for someone who has demonstrable experience of income generation and budget management and experience of developing successful national fundraising portfolios, with the ability to create effective and sustainable fundraising strategies.
