Working hours: 24 hours per day, two weeks on/two weeks off
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 gross depending on experience and education

We are looking for a well experienced, kind and caring shared care Travel Rota Nanny to look after a little girl (born April 2023). The little girl is happy and healthy, and in a good routine. She has had nannies since birth and has no dietary requirements.

Expectations and Duties:
The family are searching for a kind and caring nanny, with experience of looking after children of a similar age. Someone who is flexible, has a relaxed approach and happy to work in a shared care role. The role will include the typical nursery duties, preparing healthy meals, keeping the little girl’s areas clean and tidy, undertaking her laundry, and organising age-appropriate activities. The family live in a fully staffed household and frequent worldwide travel will be required.

Duties include:
• Daily nanny duties to ensure the needs of the child are met, changing nappies, preparing milk/meals as required, bathing child as required, dressing child as directed and providing suitable age appropriate stimulation/activities throughout their days
• To support the parents in developing a routine, based around the requirements of the child. Feeding times, sleep times, activity time, bathing time. You will be responsible for planning and suggesting structure of days
• Creating a safe environment for the child to play and live within, including assessment of risks in new environments and where applicable, altering environments to minimise potential accident or injury. To provide safeguarding of the child
• To oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of all equipment and toys
• To provide clear and regular updates to the parents relating to the wellbeing and development of the child
• To implement a development plan, alongside the parents and alternate Nanny, which follows some of the basic guidelines of EYFS

Requirements:
• NNEB or Early Childhood Education Degree Essential
• The Individual must always be well-presented, wearing a standard uniform during their working day. On occasions, alternative dress may be required, when attending formal engagements or
travelling overseas
• Good time management skills
• In-depth knowledge of childcare and First Aid. It is expected that any formal training will be renewed as required by law
• Work together with the other staff members and carry out all duties required, including security staff, who may accompany on occasions
• Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements in all duties
• In-depth knowledge of etiquette protocol with family and visitors
• Flexibility in terms of shift times, which will be in accordance with the Family’s requirements
