Summary
Target Structural are a family run business that offer specialist solutions for the repair of masonry structures, including the installation of wall ties and a unique system of helical piles for the use as foundations and stabilisation. Target Structural are looking for outstanding individuals across the UK who are seeking a challenging and rewarding career as a Masonry Repair Specialist.
What is a Masonry Repair Specialist: As a Masonry Repair Specialist, you will undergo extensive training learning the whole system of specialist repairs, so that you can be responsible for repairing and maintaining the nation’s homes, heritage structures and innovative infrastructure. You will be interacting with customers on a day-to-day basis and installing Target’s unique and specialist masonry repair solutions.
Ideally you will already have: A high level of knowledge of construction, structures and building techniques. Good problem solving skills. Good computer skills. CSCS Card Practical skills and ability. Organisational skills. Leadership qualities. Full, clean driving licence with driving experience of various vehicles.

An extensive training scheme, comprehensively covering both theoretical and practical aspects of structural repair, including engineering principles, construction methods, materials analysis, geotechnics, specialist piling techniques. You may also work towards Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) and other relevant courses. A rewarding career path with varied work.
Must be willing to work away from home to support other areas on larger projects.
Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our head office at their own cost. Travel to sites will be using Company Vehicles.
