Summary
Hard working operatives are currently required for bin loading rounds in Leicester.
As a bin loader, you will be part of the crew that goes out on set routes to collect household and commercial general waste, recycling and garden waste. This is a physical job that requires you to work outdoors come rain or shine and involves heavy lifting and walking throughout the shift. You must be a great team player and above all else reliable. If you don’t turn up to your booked shift it has an impact on the rest of your team and the local community.
Previous experience is preferred. You must be happy working outdoors, in all weathers.

Days of work are Monday to Friday, shifts start at 06:00, and usually last around 7 hours.
You will usually be finished by lunch but always paid a minimum of 7 hours.
This role pays £11.44 per hour with an increase after 12 consecutive weeks.
